This office responds to enquiries about arena meeting rooms and ice rental inquiries for all arena facilities. All bookings and payments must be made during regular business hours.
North Bay's facility for events for over 500 people. This facility can be transformed to accommodate elegant dinners, trade shows, meetings, concerts and other types of special events. Facilities include:
• Ice surface 190'x90'
• Spectator Capacity - 4,000
• Super Suite - glassed -in room overlooking ice surface, 60 capacity
• Hall of Fame Room - 60 capacity
• Dressing Rooms - 4
• Box Office - Automated ticketing system. Customized event ticketing.
• Service of Alcohol - This facility holds a liquor licence under
the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. Certain
restrictions may apply to licensed events.
• Parking - Approximately 450
• Concessions - opened around activities, operated by the City of
North Bay.

Business Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., closed 1-2 p.m. This office responds to inquiries about arena meeting rooms and ice rental inquiries for all arena facilities. All bookings and payments must be made during regular business hours or may be dropped into the after hours mail slot located under the front counter of the business office. After hours mail slots are available at Pete Palangio for payments, signed contract returns, ice time requests/turnbacks. Items received through the after hours mail slot will be processed on the next business day. Facilities include:
• Ice Surface - 2 surfaces - 85'x180', spectator capacity 150/side
• Board Room - 60 capacity
• Dressing Rooms - 9
• Parking - 200
• Skate Sharpening - opened around activities
• Concssions - opened around activities, operated by the
City of North Bay

*There is no administrative staff located at this facility. All rental enquiries should be directed to the Memorial Gardens or Pete Palangio business offices. Facilities include:

• Board Room - 30 capacity
• Auditorium - 150 capacity
• Dressing Rooms - 5
• Kitchen - stove, microwave, fridges, sinks, dishwasher
• Parking - 80
• Skate Sharpening - opened around activities
